Delivery Information (Republic of Ireland)

We do allow customers to select an estimated delivery date during checkout. This service is provided through DPD and while DPD currently achieves approximately a 98% success rate on selected delivery dates, delivery dates cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Occasionally, unforeseen real-time delays such as weather conditions, traffic disruptions, operational issues, or other courier-related circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable should DPD fail to deliver on the selected estimated delivery date.

Order Deadline

Place your order before 2pm (Ireland time) on any business day (Monday to Friday, excluding national and bank holidays) for estimated next business day delivery, subject to stock availability.

Deliveries are made during business hours only, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (DPD). It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the gift upon delivery. DPD will email / text you with a one-hour delivery window.

Please note that we no longer accept deliveries to hospitals or educational institutions such as colleges, universities, or schools, as our courier partner DPD is unable to facilitate deliveries to these locations due to access restrictions and limited delivery time windows. To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please provide a full residential or workplace address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.

Please note that Ogham Wishes, Bog Buddies and Custom Caricatures require additional processing time. Delivery times for these items are extended, and further details can be found on their respective product pages.
